Coastwide Pumps is a family owned business on the Sunshine Coast that specialise in the installation and repairs on all types of pumps.

We are a mobile based operation on the Sunshine Coast Queensland which offers a prompt, convenient and efficient service. This offers our customers the convenience of not needing to disconnect their pump and drop it in. We always ring first to make an appointment to gain access at a time that suits.

We also have workshop facilities for repairs. Where possible, we will endeavor to repair a pump, rather than opting to replace it. Our workshop can diagnose problems for a small fee, then before proceeding, we always ring to advise our customer of the problem and the associated costs.

However, if your pump is irreparable, we offer an extensive range of quality pumps and latest brands suitable for every application.

Knowledge

At Coastwide Pumps we take into consideration such factors as value for money, costs, pressure needs, available access, noise, availability of parts, manufacturer service and support warranties.

Maintenance

We offer Routine Scheduled Maintenance Servicing of pump systems. The maintenance services can be conducted at a frequency to suit your application.

We select brands based on reliability and strength from accredited manufacturers. Some brands to choose from are Astral, Bianco, Dab, Davey, Claytec, Onga, Vada, Reefe, Grundfos and Waterco.

Our pump died Xmas Eve for our water. Without this pump we had no water, couldn’t cook, flush toilets. Plus we had a houseful of people for xmas. Sent out numerous messages and calls for help, and Jason was the only person to respond. Was out within an hour, our pump couldn’t be repaired so Jason put in a spare so we had water again. Then a few weeks later replaced with a new pump. Went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough.

Jason came out to do my dam pump repair job in Doonan on the Sunshine Coast, and it turned out to be quite a problem solving project as the issue was in the line and not where I had thought. He systematically tested each potential cause in the pump and dam valve and eventually successfully eliminated all possibilities before suggesting a new line as he didn’t want me spending money that I didn’t need to. Once we installed the pipe the pump worked perfectly. I’d been ready to fork out for a new pump, so it saved me a fair amount of money. He also checked out my house pump and did some basic maintenance as it hadn’t been looked after by the previous owner. He did a great job, came out when he said he would, was really thorough, and was reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend him. He also gave me some good advice too on how to look after the whole system so that I don’t have to call him out for every small issue.

I had a problem with my rain water tank pump and phoned Jason, he was very helpful. He called around the very same day, identified the problem and rectified the issue straight away. He gave me some valuable advice on how to care for the pump to extend it usable life. I would recommend Jason to anyone, he offered prompt service, honest advice and all at a very reasonable price.
